Due to continued growth in the UK markets, AES-Marconi has appointed Ms Sharon Larkin as Customer Service Manager to head up our customer services department as the department expands in both size and excellence.
Sharon initially joined AES-Marconi in 2007 as a customer services administrator. Based out of our head office Sharon will oversee the department in building stronger relationships with the customer base.

The customer services team works in tandem with the technical department to respond quickly to customer’s needs.  Following major contract wins, AES-Marconi’s customer base has grown significantly, and the expansion of the customer services team will now ensure that the quality and value brand can continue to provide customers with a first class service.
