Founded in 1992 as Amalgamated Maintenance Solutions Ltd., initial commercial focus was centred on the provision and development of Maintenance Solutions for a diverse range of industrial sectors often in collaboration with the organisation’s sister company, Scrabo Contracting Ltd, whom have around 30 years experience within the forecourt, industrial, retail and commercial sectors throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Over seventeen years the business increased its technological diversity, leading to an augmentation of service offerings in line with the ever mounting environmental and maintenance needs of its client base and increasingly stringent environmental legislation. These advancements culminated in the business re-branding itself as AES-Marconi during November 2003, in order to reflect the organisation’s increasing capabilities.  Working throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland the company now has offices in Dublin and Belfast.
